Iron Will Kids Fitness, Sport, and Competition is a fitness program designed for children 7-13 years of age of all athletic abilities for children in season or out of season. Just like athletes in high school, college, or pro who train year round this program is designed to increase fitness levels, power and strength, and overall movement abilities. It is intended for beginners and specialists just the same. The program is designed to teach new skills and drills for any young athlete, to help improve functional movement abilities, and gain body control and awareness. In the course of every session after a good dynamic warm-up and learning or improving in skills and drills will be the Workout of the Day (WOD). This will be high intensity training geared towards overall increased fitness levels. Before or after the WOD will be the SWOD, our strength work or skill work of the day. Once our primary work of the day is done we will finish each 90min session with sport or competition. This is where the children get a chance to apply their new skills and abilities in a game or low pressure competitive setting. Our goal is to not only increase fitness levels now but to also help children find a life long love for fitness and sport that will extend way passed their younger years. These children are having more FUN than they do in any of their specializations but at the same time are getting more prepared for those same specializations and overall improved health and wellness.

Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Obstacle Courses, Races, Hoover Ball, Soccer, Kickball, Modified 4 Square w Wall Balls, Dodge Ball, Modified Ultimate Frisbee, Swimming, Track & Field, Timed and/or measured benchmarks such as the 40yd dash, baseball throw, broad jump, etc. and any modified version of all of the above and more.
